Reagan joined Financial Council as a Client Service Liaison in Fall 2026. She graduated magna cum laude from Salisbury University’s Franklin P. Perdue School of Business in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a minor in Accounting. In her role, Reagan is passionate about helping others, building genuine relationships, and creating a welcoming, positive experience for every client she works with.
During her time at Salisbury, Reagan was a four-year member of the Women’s Lacrosse Team and served as a two-time team captain. She helped lead the team to an NCAA Division III National Runner-Up finish in 2024 and a semifinal appearance in 2026. Throughout her collegiate career, Reagan earned several athletic honors, including the 2026 Coaches Award and the Female Athlete “Glue” Award, a university-wide honor recognizing her contributions and impact among student-athletes across all sports. Her experiences as a student-athlete helped shape her leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as her commitment to supporting and encouraging others.
Prior to joining Financial Council, Reagan gained experience in human resources, recruiting, and information systems through internships with Blue Water Development Corporation, where she helped streamline processes, improve internal systems, and support talent acquisition.
Outside of work, Reagan enjoys working out, staying involved in lacrosse, and spending quality time with her family and her two dogs.
