During her time at Towson University, Lydia was a member of the gymnastics team. After college, she spent some time coaching her former club team and still pops into the gym occasionally to sub. While originally from Harford County, Lydia and her family now live in Westminster, MD. She and her husband welcomed their first child, Matthew, in January of 2023. She is an avid Ravens fan, and, in the winter, she spends her time watching NCAA gymnastics. She also enjoys traveling, trying different breweries and spending quality time with family and friends.
